Another borrowed recipe - this one from my Aunt Jan. SO yummy!
Salad:
3 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped
2 crisp apples, diced
2 pears, diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup cashew halves
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 small red onion (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbls poppyseeds (optional)
