Quick and Easy French Bread

2 T. Yeast
1/2 C. Sugar
mix. Add
2 1/2 hot water.

Let sit 5 minutes or until bubbly.
Add
2 t. Salt
whisk in 2 C. flour (can mix wheat and white flour)
Then add up to 4 C. more flour. Dough will be a bit sticky.
Let sit 1 hour.

Knead out air bubbles. Divide dough in half. Shape into 2 loaves and put on cookie sheet. Score with a knife, 4 on each loaf.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes only.
